Each material has been carefully selected for its functional benefits – whether that’s clarity, heat resistance, or recyclability – while maintaining a strong focus on environmental responsibility.

 

Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate (rPET)

 

Key features:

  • Good for Point of Sale (POS)
  • Recycled content – made with 80% recycled content, including at least 50% PCR (Post-consumer recycled content). RPET with 100% recycled content is also available.
  • Recyclability: 100% recyclable
  • Clarity: Excellent
  • Microwaveable: No
  • EPR RAM Status: Green
  • Freezable: Yes
  • Colours: Yes

POP (Prevented Ocean Plastics rPET)

Breakdown-PET is an innovative material that ticks all the boxes for the packaging industry. Made from recycled PET, it is both fully recyclable and biodegradable. Offering a true end-of-life solution, Breakdown PET addresses the global challenge of plastic waste by naturally breaking down in landfill conditions in under ten years – far faster than the centuries it typically takes for conventional plastics to decompose.

Note: We can also offer Electrically Conductive HIPS, ideal for handling trays and other ESD-sensitive applications.
