With specialised expertise in thermoforming, we create lightweight, durable, and high-clarity packaging that performs across ground and air operations.
Our in-house design and tooling facilities allow full customisation of packaging form and function. From initial concept to final production, we tailor every solution to meet the specific needs of airlines, caterers, and food producers.
We work predominantly with materials such as rPET, which contains at least 80% recycled content and is 100% recyclable. This supports our commitment to Forming A Better Future, where responsible sourcing, circular design principles and the fact that all our packaging is made in the UK using 100% renewable energy 50% of which comes from onsite solar, are central to our operations.
Major Airline Packaging Distributor
We work closely with one of the UK’s leading packaging distributors serving the airline and catering industry. Many of our packaging designs are created in collaboration with airlines and sold to specialist food manufacturers.
Challenge: To create smart, lightweight packaging that delivers great presentation and ease of use – for passengers and airline staff alike.
Solution: Kingsmoor supplies functional, well-designed packaging using responsibly sourced, high-content recycled rPET. Manufactured in the UK at our solar-powered site, the packaging also supports easy stacking, handling and post-meal waste collection onboard.
Results: The result is packaging that enhances the presentation of in-flight dining, streamlines service operations and supports airline sustainability objectives.
