New State of the Art Production Machinery

We are pleased to tell the world that we have now installed and are in production with our latest designed, state of the art TFT Thermoformer.

This machine looks very similar to our other three TFT's but has some fascinating additions that enhance it's capabilities, improves tool change times, quality of products and running speeds.

Pro2Pac 2011 Success

New State of the Art Design Facility

KPL is proud to celebrate 20 years of business this year and we continue to invest and grow our products and services.

We are very pleased to announce our investment into a new state of the art design facility which now allows us to offer our customers 3D design, rotational presentations and dedicated CNC machines for pattern samples.

This now allows KPL to offer its customers one solution for their entire thermoformed plastic packaging requirements, from design to manufacture all under one roof.

New Qualifications for KPL employees

We are extremely dedicated to investing in our employees and have recently introduced a NVQ scheme, where internal personnel can take further education in skills relevant to their roles within KPL.

We also offer an Apprenticeship Training Programme and we are pleased to announce that another young person from the local area has just joined our Engineering Training Programme this Academic Year.
